How do you clean a Haier air conditioner?

• Dish soap and water should be used to clean it.
• Every month, to avoid mildew and mold:
• Remove dust and dirt from the air intake and exhaust vents using a vacuum.
• Remove the air filter and wash it in warm (not hot) water with a light detergent. DO NOT USE ANY CHEMICALS IN THE CLEANING PROCESS.
• Allow the filter to dry completely before reinstalling it in the device.
